OASPHE ANNUAL CONFERENCE
Held in April each year, our Annual Conference* brings together teachers, educators and School Board Members from across the province to engage in workshops, share ideas, and network with fellow educators.

We are looking into possible virtual conference possibilities along with CIRA and Ophea.

Intermediate Division Health and Physical Education ABQ
In this course, you’ll learn about different instructional styles for teaching Primary and Junior health and physical education (HPE). You will also become familiar with Ministry curriculum documents and have the opportunity to interact with your course colleagues to gain insight, knowledge, and experience in teaching HPE.
The specialist course in Health and Physical Education (H & PE), Primary and Junior, will introduce you to different leadership styles and advanced Ministry curriculum document review. You will also have the opportunity to converse with colleagues with a vast array of experience and knowledge, serving to enrich your learning experience and inform your practice.
This program provides teachers with opportunities to enhance their teaching skills in order to add to their Basic Qualifications other Qualifications recognized by the Ontario College of Teachers (OCT). Courses offered by the University of Ottawa Faculty of Education meet the requirements of the Ministry of Education (regulations 298/90 and 176/10). The Faculty of Education is an approved provider by the Ontario College of Teacher.
